How the guarantee works

If you are not happy with your painting for any reason, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will remake it for free or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, once any canvas is back with us.

How to ask for a remake or a refund

Email us at help@dearoldfriend.com with your order number (it starts with DOF-) and tell us what isn’t right. You can also call us at (206) 992-4379.
